When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the address of the home to be assessed, the occupant relationship, and any concerns you describe. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct your home safety assessment, prepare your written report, and follow up regarding your assessment. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request ongoing communication.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with your occupational therapist, family member, or caregiver only if you specifically ask us to. We may share information with our insurance provider if required for claims purposes.
The written assessment report we prepare contains detailed information about the home, including measurements, photographs, and a LiDAR floor plan. This report is shared only with the client who commissioned the assessment. We retain a copy for our professional records.
Our website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking tools. We do not track your browsing behavior.
We retain your contact information and assessment records for a minimum of seven years in accordance with professional best practices and applicable Alberta record-keeping requirements.
