We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward in case you have questions about your report. As a general practice, client records are retained for seven years to comply with standard business record requirements. After that period, information is securely deleted.
You may request deletion of your personal information before this period ends, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain records.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. These measures include password-protected storage of digital records, secure email practices, and limiting access to personal information to those who need it to provide the service.
