No travel charge within 50 km of the Calgary city centre.
Everything inside that radius is priced identically: a condo in Beltline and a condo in Chestermere both cost $395 plus GST. Communities in the standard area include:

Homes more than 50 km from the Calgary city centre carry a travel surcharge. High River, Crossfield, Carstairs, Turner Valley, Black Diamond, Didsbury and similar communities all fall into this group.
The surcharge is shown in your agreement before you sign it and is never added afterwards. Ask on your free call and you will be told the exact figure for your address before you commit to anything.
There is no separate page here for each town, because a page per town would be the same page twenty times with the name swapped. Wherever you are in the region, this is the page, and the free call is where your specific address gets answered.
Scheduling
A practical note on winter and distance.
Assessments run year-round. Exterior findings — step condition, handrails, drainage, approach lighting — are assessed in whatever conditions exist on the day, and the report says so where snow or ice limited what could be seen. Where an exterior assessment is materially affected, that is noted rather than quietly skipped.
If severe weather makes the drive unsafe for either of us, the visit is rescheduled at no charge to you. That falls under the no-fee category in the Terms of Service, alongside medical emergencies.
